Brainstorm and create a mind map, with enduring themes in the center. Themes I want to consider for this final project would be Shoes, or family portraits.
Research enduring themes. It should relate to you in a personal way. The theme I researched was photographers that focused on taking pictures of shoes( vans, Jordans). The reason why I wanted to do themes of shoes is because I am really passionate about shoes.
Gather inspiration images from artist(s). Find a collection that inspires you. An artist that inspires me is Ravie B. She is a high profile sneaker photographer.

1. Sand dooms - This place is important to me because this was the first time being reunited with my nieces and nephews after years.
2. Colorado Springs - This place is important to me because my dads grave sight is in colorado springs and also his family so it is important place to me.
3. Las Vegas- My mom and me got matching tattoos in vegas. This place is important to me because its like my mom is always apart of me. The color my favorite and most memorable part because of all the lights vegas has.
4. Great Grandma's house - This place is really important to me because whenever I'm over there my family are aways over there cooking and laughing, it just makes me feel good. The colors of the things in her living room makes it feel like home.
5. Mountains - This place is important to me because being a native in colorado the mountains have been apart of me. The color of the mountains I love an also the view the mountains bring. The texture of the mountains far away give you a soft but edgy look.

Academic Language :
What academic language means to me is when you adjust your language for that particular setting. For instances you have different languages for different places this one happens to be for academic. So for me I use academic languages when wanting to exlain myself in my art work. For instances in my photography class I use languages like elements and 3rd rule when working on things in my class.
